Following the rumors that Chinese Phone manufactures JiaYu had closed and possible gone into bankruptcy the company has come out to defiantly quash these rumors in an official statement.
According to the letter as shown on the JiaYu webpage the company will be undergoing some restructuring and “will see long-term partners Vanzo Communications and Truly Optoelectronics Co. Ltd become part of a larger parent company”.
While the company had limited success and brand recognition outside of China, they maintained a strong core group of fans in the middle kingdom where they sold highly competitive mid and entry level Smartphone’s.
Hopefully JiaYu will be able to turn around their fortunes following their restructuring.JiaYu mobilephone is simple and practical.The concept of products, adhere to the user's needs first, for ordinary people to provide the optimal price, configuration, leading, quality, credible smartphone.
