Newfrog is a great store when you are talking about cheap gadgets with a nice performance. It has free shipping for all the products. Till now I asked 3 orders (the last one was the biggest one) and they seemed to be very professional. I mean, you have to know what you are buying, but even if sometimes you may not be satisfied, they have a customer service that amazingly surprised me.
In my last order (25 bucks) I asked a watch that was defective. I wrote them with no expectations of getting back my money (or another watch), but they solved the problem in 2 days sending another one. It arrived yesterday and was perfect. Overall everything happenned in less than a month since the order was created.
I truly recommend this web, knowing always what you are buying. So I think the things about Newfrog scam may not true.

"The Newfrog I completely satisfied. We buy goods about two to three years. During this time the problem occurred only about twice. And I've always been satisfied with the solution. The canceled order was divided by me store credit, and for that I finally ordered other goods." So i can't agree with the gossip of "Newfrog scam"

Their Drop Shipping service is really cool
Many stores, including Newfrog, offer drop shipping service. Basically drop shipping goes like this:
1, You find an interesting product at a web store that offers drop shipping service.
2, You list the product e.g. at eBay or your own website. You raise the price a bit so you get some profit.
3, Someone buys your product (at eBay or wherever you are selling the product).
4, You charge the customer.
5, Finally you order the product for the customer. You ship the product to the customer's address, of course.
